Pearl carefully documented the family's adventures within her journal including: driving on nearly 4,000 miles of unpaved roads, attending the 142nd anniversary of Presbyterian General Assembly in Cincinnati, Ohio, and finding a camp spot among the 500 in Washington, D.C." --Back cover.
